01. The Invitation
In a world increasingly governed by calendars, itineraries and plans made down to the minute, there is something rare about not knowing what comes next.
This October, in partnership with Pas Normal Studios, we invited a group of riders to experience just that. The premise was simple: pack a bag, meet us at the shop, and leave the rest to us.

02. The Company
The right people can make an unfamiliar place feel like somewhere you’ve always belonged. Our task was to bring together a small group of riders with strong legs, good energy and an openness to the unexpected, many of whom had never met before.
As coffee was poured and bags were loaded into the van, introductions turned into conversations, and the first hints of a shared dynamic began to emerge.

03. Into the Unknown
October had given us a remarkable run of clear skies and mild temperatures. But as things often go, Mother Nature had other plans for us. Rain fell steadily, temperatures dropped to the low single digits, and riders showed up at the shop already soaked.
There were understandable concerns, but no shortage of commitment. With a willingness to see it through together, the group took on whatever the weekend had in store. After all, a little discomfort is also part of what makes an adventure.
04. A Place to Land
Our destination was tucked into the quiet landscape of British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast. A place to dry off, refuel and settle into a slower rhythm for the evening.
With the bikes set aside and the ocean just beyond the door, conversations picked up, stories were shared, and everyone got to know each other a little better off the bike.

05. Beyond the Escape
Some weekends are remembered for the distance covered. Others, for the people met along the way, the weather endured and the moments that could never have been planned. Escape to Nowhere was an opportunity to step outside the usual routine, embrace the unexpected and see where the journey can take you.
A special thanks to Eden for bringing everyone together around incredible meals and capturing moments along the way, and to Graham for creating the route, finding our destination and leading the group there.
